If you're a seasoned composer, you should probably know these things off by heart, but I found it useful to have a small tool to remind me of these things. vegvisir is a web application that can calculate various music theory concepts for you, such as the name of a chord from its notes, a key signature from its sharps/flats, the notes in a chord, the intervals of a chord type, and the notes in a scale or mode. | |
