[AI summary] The story follows the journey of Kazza, a warrior from the city of Killopolis, as she battles through a series of trials in a dark arena. Initially, she faces three armored warriors, overcoming them with her morningstar and strategic thinking. She eventually confronts the ruby-eyed overlord, who is revealed to be a weak and terrified figure, not the fearsome monster she had imagined. In a final act of liberation, she kills the overlord, frees the captured warriors, and sets the city ablaze in a revolt against its oppressive rulers. The story ends with Kazza and Ratavin, a fellow warrior, beginning a new life beyond the city's ruins. |
