I find it quite ironic that while I work to spread messages of body empowerment, create easy access mental health resources, and work throughout the year utilize different platforms to destigmatize mental health, I, myself, have trouble even admitting that sometimes, I don't feel okay. That sometimes, I feel down. Angry at myself. And that I can't disregard my frustration, sometimes, hatred for my actions, even thoughts. |
