| | | | | I realized today that I've accidentally de-Googled myself without deliberately meaning to. I've never used Gmail, but host my mail elsewhere with a domain I own. I use my phone's own calendar, contacts, and photos apps. I pay to search the web with Kagi. Apple Maps has been great for years. Chrome is only for broken websites. My home NAS is way nicer than Google Drive. I hadn't actively tried to do this. | |

| | | | | Every so often I find myself a few screens deep in an application's navigation hierarchy and forget I can just pop out instead of going back to the top. I was reading feeds, decided I should do something else, but felt compelled to go back from the item view to the item list to the feed list to the very top of the hierarchy. Silly! I can simply stop reading feeds. | |
