| | Richard Dansky The best metaphor I've seen for AI is that it's our generation's asbestos. If you think about it, asbestos was this technological marvel that promised to solve a huge problem and that got crammed in everywhere. And yeah, it was good at keeping things from catching on fire, but it also came with an extremely elevated chance of painful, lingering death, and removing it from the system has taken untold years and billions of dollars.

| | The more I think about it, the more I realize this has been the problem over the last few months when it comes to making progress on a passion project. Shipping the landing page was easy. | | Pretty soon I will be redesigning. I am not sure what I will do yet, but the main site will change. Additionally, I will be adding an extra blog using MT (Movable Type). On the main site I am not sure whether to go simplistic or zeldmanian, but changes are due, since I am also changing the way I have been writing lately. The domain Collantes.US will become the echo of my thoughts on technology, science, religion, politics and everything else in between.

| A while back in search for different coffee to drink I found Angelino's and I have been drinking their bold coffees for a little more than a year. My favorite is their Italian Roast, though I also like their Expresso roast, but in my most recent order I added a new coffee, the Mad Professor that might be my new favorite. I am not a coffee connoisseur so I can not properly describe the taste, but I find it bold enough for my palate while being different.
