| | (and why an electric car without a huge range could make sense for 99% of trips) I'm collecting information about electric cars because I'm fascinated to see just how far we often drive - it surely can't be that far. I figured if I'm collecting this information, I might as well publish it too. | | I was wondering the other day, what is with all of these geo-based restrictions on content from such streaming sites as Hulu or Netflix? I mean, I'm sitting here in Australia and I can't possible watch TV from overseas. Well, not without going about it in a possibly illegal manner. So I'm not saying go do that. Because you totally shouldn't. What I AM saying is what about the little old radio? You know, that thing that's been around for more than 100 years and yet still remains to be rather popular. Try saying that about other technologies! Fax? Ha!

| Scientific Name: Commelina cyanea Description A weedy native that grows rather well in shade... this one has pretty blue flowers, not to be confused with the invasive white variety which is not a native plant. I also read that you can eat the leaves... probably relates to the name "scurvy weed", so next time I'm sufferinig from scurvy, I'll have a munch on these.
