These are some photos I took of an American Bald Eagle at the Houston Zoo. Photo Details Camera: OM-1 Lens: OM 40-150mm F4.0 Focal Length: 150mm Aperture: f/4 Shutter Speed:1/250s Taken: October 8, 2022 1:26 PM Full Size: 3888x5184 (20 MP) This is the winning shot for me. I'm particularly proud of the pose and the background! Photo Details Camera: OM-1 Lens: OM 40-150mm F4.0 Focal Length: 150mm Aperture: f/4 Shutter Speed:1/500s Taken: October 8, 2022 1:23 PM Full Size: 2628x2628 (6 MP) I still can't believe how much this beautiful bird looked straight at me. His feathers look very striking in monochrome. |

The rocks of Ballycotton with the sea breaking on them reduced to a fog by a long exposure photo. Ballycotton Lighthouse is visible in the background on an island a few hundred metres offshore. I was there last night with Blarney Photography Club. A lovely evening taking photos and then a bit of a chat... |
