Some people are 'plotters,' some people are 'pantsers' - and I write in patchwork. Plotters are those quirky folks who are somehow able to come up with a plot first, work out the entire outline of their story, and then write scenes etc. to make that outline become an actual story. Pantsers are people who write 'by the seat of their pants' - i.e. they start writing, and hope it works out in the end. But I am neither. I can never fit into a neat little box, can I? |
