The Cake Ingredients 2 1/2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp soda 1 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp cloves 1/2 tsp allspice 1/2 cup water 2 cups applesauce 1 large egg 1/2 cup or less nuts 1 cup raisins Directions Bake at 350 °F for 45 to 50 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan. The Frosting If you like it less sweet, halve this frosting. |
