| | | | | React is living something these days. Although it was created as a client UI library, it can now be used to generate almost everything from the server. | | | | | It has been just a bit more than two years since the last release of Euterpe. Throughout all of this time I've been (slowly) improving it and adding new features. But never felt comfortable creating a new release since many things were in progress and nothing quite ready. Well, this is still mostly the case. But I've been using the development version continuously and decided that enough is enough. Last few weeks were spent thoroughly testing the server and writing many new unit tests. | |

| | | | | I recently decided to go down a rabbit hole of wanting to learn a new client side library. I was interested in learning more about libraries that aimed to have a minimal footprint even at the cost of providing a more modest API. For this site I have simple requirements, and I wanted to see how simple the 'simple' abstractions are these days. | |
